Harvest Hantes: An Autumnal Celebration with Levon Kafafian
Date: Friday, October 16, 2026
Time: 7:00 pm – 12:00 am
Tickets: $10 - $30 sliding scale
Join us in the gallery for Harvest Hantes, organized by the Garod Collective! Levon Kafafian will debut a drag performance art piece from their series set in Azadistan, a speculative future society in Southwest Asia replete with magic and spirits.
To mark the transition into the season of darkness, Kafafian brings the radiant Qohar-i-Nour to life, offering counterpoint with the spirit of fire itself. Expect some participatory shourchbar or line dancing.
Hye Frequencies keeps the festivities going with DJ sets for the modern Armenian dancer.
