OPEN CALL FOR 2017 PUBLIC PROGRAMMING FELLOW
CUE is currently accepting applications for the 2017 Public Programming Fellowship. Working with CUE staff, the fellow will curate a series of events, talks, or workshops to be presented at CUE.
We are seeking proposals that address timely topics or issues related to current artistic practice and that contribute to CUE’s mission of supporting emerging and under-recognized artists. Past Public Programming series include if it’s not work, it must be PLAY: Discussions on the state of work in the arts, by Cevan Castle (2014-15 fellow); and Make Some Place: Conversations about people, practice, and creative placemaking, by Jordan Dyniewski and perryne lee poy lokhandwala (2016 fellows).
The 2017 Public Programming Fellow will produce a series of (4) events and workshops to take place at CUE between September and December 2017. The selected fellow will receive an honorarium of $2,500, and a budget of $1,700 to divide amongst the participating program speakers. Applications from collaborative teams are accepted.
