CUE TEEN COLLECTIVE
Currently accepting applications through September 16th
The CUE Teen Collective is an engaged group of teens with art on their minds. Their aim is to collaboratively investigate the New York Art World through field trips, artist talks, and discussions. Curiosity and a willingness to communicate and write are essential traits of a CUE Teen Collective member. You do not need to be a technically skilled artist to participate. During the Fall 2016 Session our goal will be to document and share our findings at the first CUE Teen Collective public presentation.
The program is essentially nomadic with an active field trip schedule to locations around NYC. Participants will meet at CUE Art Foundation before embarking on trips. We are located at 137 West 25th Street (Between 6th and 7th Avenue), New York, NY 10001 near the E, A, F, M, N, R, 1 trains to 23rd Street.
The 2016 session will meet every Thursday 4.30-7.30pm, beginning October 13 through December 15, 2016.
We are looking for NYC high school students in grades 10-11 who are interested in exploring careers in the arts (future professional artists, curators, art critics, publishers, and more).
HOW DO I APPLY?
