SUPPORT ARTISTS LIKE MARILYN LERNER: DONATE TO CUE

When artist Deborah Kass nominated New York-based painter Marilyn Lerner to exhibit at CUE, Marilyn had not shown her work in a solo exhibition in New York City for an extended period of time. Her 2016 CUE exhibition, Harmonies, drew wide interest and acclaim from gallery visitors and press. In his review of the exhibition, critic John Yau wrote: “[Marilyn’s paintings] are certainly not like anything else being done, and that is only the beginning of why they are remarkable.”

Since her CUE exhibition, Marilyn has been invited to participate in group exhibitions throughout the United States, and a solo exhibition of her work, titled Walking Backward Running Forward, was on view September - October 2018, at Kate Werble Gallery, New York.

Your 100% tax-deductible donation supports incredible artists like Marilyn Lerner and helps CUE showcase groundbreaking artwork that deserves to be seen.

I would like to thank both CUE and Deborah Kass. Exhibiting at CUE was a wonderful experience and I had the pleasure of working with such special people. This exhibition led to other possibilities of showing my work at The American Academy of Arts and Letters in 2017, and a one person exhibition at Kate Werble Gallery in 2018.
